Laura Kellam worked in management
for various reputable corporations in the decade preceding
her film producing career. Kellam's work experience includes
standard operational management such as employee hiring,
development, scheduling and supervision; P&L accountability,
planning and budgeting; fulfilling licensing requirements;
vendor negotiations and relations, ordering and inventory
responsibilities, as well as implementing strategic grass
roots marketing tactics to ensure the continued revenue
growth and create a positive community presence. Laura segued
from operational management into account management in 1994.
She began in production management and moved into sales
as an account manager for a large company offering services
commonly provided to law firms and corporations. Her collective
experience developed and inspired an entrepreneurial spirit
within Laura that would later be beneficial in the development
of her co-founded film production company in 1998. Laura
contributed significantly to the company 's formation and
continues to collaborate with Gina on the growth and development
of all Goff-Kellam Productions projects.
